Welcome, and thank you for considering me as your stylist. My work is deeply rooted in healthy hair and scalp care. Every service I provide is intentionally designed with the integrity of your hair and scalp as the top priority, not speed, shortcuts, or trends that compromise long-term results. Because of this approach, time is always considered and respected, but no service will ever be rushed. I take the proper amount of time needed to ensure quality, safety, and the best possible outcome for each client. If you are seeking a stylist who works at a rushed pace or prioritizes speed over hair health, I may not be the best fit for you and that’s okay. My goal is to serve clients who value patience, care, and long-term hair wellness. As a healthy hairstylist, I reserve the right to decline or modify any service request if I determine it is not in the best interest of your hair or scalp. This decision is always made with professionalism, education, and care. Appointments, Services & Add-Ons • All services include a shampoo • Treatments and haircuts are not included in all services unless specifically listed. • Treatments and haircuts are considered add-ons and may be recommended by the stylist based on your hair’s needs at the time of service. At this time, only the services listed on the booking site are being offered. New services may be added in the future, and updates will be reflected accordingly. Consultations & Color Services • All color services require a consultation before any appointment can be approved. • Color services cannot be booked the same day and will be denied without a completed consultation. • In-person consultations also require advance scheduling and are not available same day. Please note: If, after the consultation, I do not feel it is in the best interest of either party to move forward, appointment requests will be respectfully declined. My priority is to maintain a professional, respectful, and comfortable environment for both client and stylist. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy • Appointments must be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance, please be considerate of others desiring to book. • Same-day cancellations will result in a 35% cancellation fee. • Rescheduling is the client’s responsibility. • If you do not see availability that fits your schedule, please join the waitlist and allow 24–48 hours for the stylist to contact you if an opening becomes available. Payment Method Policy Effective immediately, the following payment methods are accepted: • Debit or Credit Card (with ID verification) • Cash • Buy Now, Pay Later services (where applicable) The following payment methods are NOT accepted: • Zelle • Cash App • Venmo • Any other peer-to-peer or unapproved payment platforms After-Hours Appointments After-hours appointments are available by request only and require an upfront fee ranging from $75–$200, depending on the service requested. I am here to serve my clients with respect, compassion, honesty, and professionalism. I believe the stylist–client relationship should feel safe, aligned, and mutually respectful. If at any point either of us has concerns about moving forward, I honor the importance of saying no when necessary for the benefit of everyone involved.
